Please set a description of the internal network The LAT file is missing. Ensure that Msplat.txt is available on the proxy server and ensure that the directory is available to the client as a share. Also, ensure that the account you’re using has permissions to write to the local copy of Msplat.txt (usually in C:\mspclnt). The file must also contain at least one valid range of addresses.

Also, check the disk space to ensure that there’s enough left to write the file. Finally, ensure that no other applications have the msplat.txt file open. If so, close all open applications and attempt a reinstallation.
